hot brown sugah opens her trap yet again

riiiiiing riiiiiiing

you know the irritation when it comes to prank calls? i feel just as irritated if someone calls me early in the freakin morning and it proves to be a wrong number. many a time i had calls ranging from people trying to sell their 'resort packages' (which is a bloody rip off), telephone plans and even morons calling to ask if i need a bloody mortgage for my house (when the hell did i own a house? i can't even afford to bring my cat home for goodness' sake!). living alone (well... i do have a housemate, so technically... i'm not literally alone), makes me jump with excitement everytime my phone rings, be it handphone or telephone telephone.

this morning was no different. i was still in bed and the telephone rang. i naturally got excited thinking its someone from home (although it was too early to make long distance phone calls from home but who knows?). despite the 'suara rock' due to still being groggy, i smiled as i said hello:

jules: hello! (-8 (with a smile remember?)

moron: (with a full-of-attitude-voice)is this home mortgage?

my mind went BbBbbZZZzzzZZZzzz like a working motor already. is she trying to promote a mortgage package or is she askin for one? when the hell did i become a chettiah? huh? so i asnwered her

jules: okay! bye!

ohh that wasn't all allright! the phone rang again! this time, i thought it might be milles coz at that time, i don't expect any phonecalls from home already.

jules: hello! (still with a smile)

moron: hey, can i speak to thomas?

jules: no such person here! (with my <in masyita's words> sour puss face)

the next time i get these kinda irritating calls, i'm sooo gonna take the callers for a ride. i make sure they get irritated first before i let them know they have the wrong number. seriously, if they can't see the numbers that they press on their telephones when they dial, GET A FREAKIN NEW PHONE WITH HUGE NUMBERS LIKE MINE!! I won't pretend that i can't hear them (yes, i've done that. "hello? hello? i can't hear you! your line's very noisy! hello?hello?!" then i'd slam the phone- my poor phone), i'm gonna make them go high and dry.
